Located in Cannaregio, the most authentic district of Venice, La Voga (a play on words to convey both “rowing” and “rowing”) is inspired by the art of traditional Venetian rowing and the maritime history of Venice, brought to life thanks to the characteristic contemporary design.
Overlooking the local canal and opposite one of Venice’s traditional rowing schools, La Voga’s, takes inspiration from the lagoon tradition and reinterprets in a contemporary way. The glossy black wood finish of the seats recalls the ancient workmanship of the gondolas. The bronze, marble and velvet details of the interiors evoke the elegant era of sea travel.
